Interpretation

Ovarian Antibodies

Found in 15-20% of patients with primary ovarian failure.

Ovarian antibodies are almost always present in patients with Addison\'s Disease and ovarian failure.

Ovarian antibodies have also been documented in polyglandular failure, SLE, infertility, autoimmune oophoritis, endometriosis, and in women who have had repeated attempts at I.V.F.
